Q Can sales and discount codes be transferred and used for offline orders if I contact Orford Refrigeration directly.

A - No, all sales and discount codes displayed online are strictly for online orders only through our online store orford.store

Q - Do these prices include GST?

A - Yes all online store prices include GST, all prices are calculated at checkout and will include GST.

Q - Do you supply spare parts?

A - Yes, we supply a wide range of spare parts for all of our current and existing models. Contact us for spare part enquiries at parts@orford.com.au or check out our online range here SPARE PARTS

Q - Can I Click and Collect my online Spare Parts order?

A- Yes, all in stock spare parts are available for collection at our Toowoomba branch 382 South Street, Harristown, Queensland, 4350, if the items are available for collection there will be a Click and Collect option at checkout.

Q - Can I pick up my online Cabinet order from one of your warehouses?

A - Generally the answer is No*, pickup is not available for online cabinet orders. All online cabinet orders need to be shipped to your nominated address. Shipping will be calculated at checkout when you add your address. *Sometimes we have Scratch and Dent or Ex Test cabinets for online purchase and they are available for inspection and collection at our Toowoomba branch. If the cabinet is available for collection there will be a Click and Collect option at checkout.

Q - What kind of warranty is included with my cabinet purchase?

A - 2 years parts and labour on our most popular models, all other models are 12 Months parts and labour. Warranty information

Q - Will I be spammed if I register my email to the Orford Refrigeration newsletter?

A - No, you will only receive the occasional new product alerts, discounts and special offers 1-2 times per month.

Q - How do I see my total price including shipping and any discounts when I'm just browsing?

A - You will need to go as far as the checkout page to see your total price including all discounts and shipping costs. (Don't worry you wont be charged anything until you decide to complete your order). To see your total price, select and add the products you are interested in to your cart. On the checkout page input your address and below your selected items it will calculate your total price. If you have a discount code type in your applicable discount code and click the apply button to see your total price as well as your total savings.

Q - How do I apply my discount code?

A - All discount codes need to be applied on the checkout page. On the checkout page below your selected products there is a box. Type your discount code and click the apply button. This will give you your discounted price. 

Q - Can you remove and dispose of my old fridge when you deliver my new fridge?

A - Yes we can remove your old fridge, decommission and dispose to the current regulation standards, this is an added extra. Removal and decommissioning of existing cabinets can be added at the Cart page, freight to transport the old cabinet back to the depot will be calculated at checkout. This services pricing assumes level ground and no obstacles, no steps and no height restrictions. Standard removal is covered "from the footpath or loading Bay".

Q - Does Freight include installation into my house or business?

A - No standard freight pricing calculated assumes level ground and no obstacles, no steps and no height restrictions. Standard freight is covered "to the footpath or loading Bay". This does not include removal of existing cabinets. All other freight services must be quoted. Please contact sales@orford.com.au for a quote.

Q - Does Freight include packaging and rubbish removal?

A - No, removal of packaging is not included. All other freight services must be quoted. Please contact sales@orford.com.au for a quote.

Q - I want to purchase a fridge/freezer for my home, are they noisy?

A - All of our cabinets are commercial fridge/freezers and can be slightly more noisy than a domestic fridge. Many of our customers use our cabinets in there homes with no issues.

Q - Do you offer finance?

 A - We have full finance packages available which allows you to access premium products while preserving your working capital. Contact us about how we can assist at sales@orford.com.au

Q - I cannot find the product I am looking for in your store?

A - Not all of our products are available for online purchase just yet (We are working on it!). Please browse our current catalogue and contact sales@orford.com or parts@orford.com.au for any enquiries.
