Shipping Information
Below are our estimated times for products to be dispatched from our warehouses. (not arrival times)
Due to the fragile nature of commercial refrigeration equipment, all Fridge/Freezer cabinets are carried on 3rd Party Sensitive Freight Carriers.
Freight pricing calculated assumes level ground and no obstacles, no steps and no height restrictions. Standard freight is covered "to the footpath or loading Bay". This does not include removal of existing cabinets or new cabinets packaging.
Removal and decommissioning of existing cabinets can be added at the Cart page, freight to transport the old cabinet back to the depot will be calculated at checkout. All other freight services must be quoted. Please contact sales@orford.com.au for a quote.
Fridge/Freezer cabinets
- These times may vary, you will be contacted after purchase to organise an appropriate date for delivery. Most Metro areas will dispatch within 5 working days. Most reginal locations will have a weekly run pending availability. *if you have ordered custom decals to be installed please allow the required time with this included.
Chocolate fridges
- Please allow an extra 5-10 working days for the chocolate motor conversion.
All Spare Parts ship from Toowoomba QLD with Team Global Express (Toll)
- Spare parts if ordered before 1pm Mon-Thurs and items are in stock will ship that day. All Friday orders will ship Monday.
Shelves
- Please allow 15 working days for manufacture of all custom and made to order shelves. In stock shelves will ship immediately.
Door Gaskets
- Please allow 15 working days for manufacture of all custom and made to order Door seals. In stock door seals will ship immediately.
Click and Collect
- Most click and collect items, if in stock will be ready for collection within 2 hours from purchase.

Custom decals (All decals are printed to order) This item ships for free Australia wide
- Please allow 7 working days for all custom decals from the date artwork has been approved.
- Please allow an extra 7 working days for installation to your new cabinet/s for delivery. *Installation is only available with new cabinet purchases.
Gravity feed systems (Kits are assembled to order) This item ships for free Australia wide
- Please allow 10 working days.
