Returns Policy

REJECTION Except for defective goods supplied by the seller and unable to be rectified through the standard warranty channels, goods cannot be rejected. Goods damaged during transit on the buyers own transport are not covered by Orford Foods Services insurance.

Where Orford Refrigeration provides a freight service for the delivery of goods, this service is delivery to a loading dock or similar. Goods are not taken into buildings or installed without prior arrangements and full disclosure of the delivery site.

Prior to purchasing Commercial Refrigeration, please check all specifications including dimensions, weight and equipment usage. 

In the event that goods are accepted for return due to the buyers circumstances, the commercial equipment is to be in an as new and unused condition, packed into original packaging, and returned to the Orford warehouse of origin.

All freight charges for the return of unwanted equipment is at the buyers expense. Goods are not refundable until returned to the Orford warehouse of origin and fully inspected. Due to the fragile nature of commercial refrigeration equipment, all freight is carried on Sensitive Freight Carriers
